COVID-19 Updates
Winding Way is a program to assist Developmentally Disabled adults age 21 and above. Our goal is to promote a happy and productive day through social and recreational activities. We are dedicated to helping our clients live a happy and fulfilling day and create a family atmosphere while promoting self-respect and independence.
The agency was created in honor of Meghan, by her mom, Joanne Ranalli, the foundation director. Meghan was diagnosed at birth with a rare genetic disorder named Cri-du-Chat (5p-) Syndrome. It was at this moment Joanne's path suddenly turned into a "Winding Way" of uncertainty. She had dreams of one day starting an adult program once the school years were completed and decided to make her dream a reality by starting her own agency geared for adulthood. Joanne has committed herself to create a life of happiness and fulfillment for Meghan. It is her passion to promote a home-away-from-home feeling filled with love, compassion, patience and friendships. She wants every member of Winding Way to leave at the end of the day anxious to come back the next! Winding Way has a day filled with exactly that. This program is a place for their creative story to continue through their adulthood.
